The actor is played by Robert Mandan, a/k/a Mrs. Garrett’s husband Bruce Gaines in TFOL S8 E01/02 “Out Of Peekskill.” Hilarity ensues! (And HOTNESS ensues in the form of Mama’s grandson Bubba!)
